Founded in 2008 in Lagos, we started as a small but determined team of engineers and project professionals committed to doing things differently — with precision, integrity, and an obsession for excellence.
Over fifteen years, we have grown from a local contractor into one of Nigeria's most recognised enterprise construction firms. Our portfolio spans multipurpose halls, luxury hotels, residential estates, civil infrastructure, and commercial developments across six states.

First Major Contract
Secured our first landmark government infrastructure contract, delivering a community development project in Delta State ahead of schedule.
Expanding Reach
Expanded operations to Abuja and Rivers State, growing our workforce to over 120 professionals and establishing our civil engineering division.
ISO Certification
Achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification, cementing our commitment to global standards in construction and project delivery.
Hotel & Mixed-Use Development
Completed the landmark Dual Hotel & Apartments in Oshodi, Lagos — our most complex multi-use structural project to date.
